THIS IS A SCAM I PAID FOR TICKETS , THEN NO CONCERT EVER HAPPENED AND I LOST $180 AND THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT. THEY REPLIED ONCE SAYING THEY WOULD REFUND THEN I HEARD NOTHING AND RECEIVED NO REFUND, EMAILED THEM AT LEAST 20 TIMES AGAIN AND NEVER HEARD BACK.
Me and my sister too. Did you ever try making a formal complaint? Im in the middle of sending one off to fair trading now. I tried the police, but they can’t really do anything about it. I’d love to know if anybody else did anything about it?
