The History of Wagga Wagga Jazz & Blues Festival
The Wagga Wagga Jazz Festival started in a very small way in 1995. There were just 3 venues – all located at Romano’s Hotel.

Over the following years, the festival grew quickly and has been host to many interstate Australian bands, and International bands and artists.

In 2006, the Festival was renamed to the Wagga Wagga Jazz & Blues Festival and now incorporates a growing number of Blues bands and attracts a large number of Blues fans.

With 8 concurrently running venues, the Festival offers a great variety of music and is the 2nd largest tourist event in Wagga Wagga.
